About instadial
A call nobody answers is a customer somebody else gets. That is the whole reason instadial exists.
Think about the last time you called a business and nobody picked up. You did not leave a voicemail. You did not try again the next morning. You called the next name on the list.
Everyone does this. Which means every business is also on the other side of it, losing people it never hears about. A call that rings out leaves no trace: no enquiry in the system, no line in the monthly report, nothing to review on Monday.
instadial started at an AI hackathon at the end of 2025, with three founders working on reminder calls. It soon became clear the reminders were the small half of the problem. The big half was the calls coming in that nobody could reach.
Small teams cannot fix that by trying harder. Three people cannot answer four lines at once, and nobody can cover a phone from seven in the morning to ten at night, plus weekends, plus the two weeks in July when half the team is away.

The people behind instadial
Nobody keeps a spare person by the phone
The companies we work with are not ignoring their customers. They are busy serving the ones already in front of them.
The optician is fitting frames. The agent is at a viewing. The administrator is checking someone in. The phone rings anyway, and it rings hardest at exactly the moments nobody is free to pick it up: the morning rush, the lunch hour, and the evening, when customers finally have a minute to call.
Hiring someone for those hours rarely adds up. The calls are real, but they are scattered, and nobody wants to pay a person to sit next to a quiet phone.
What instadial actually does
instadial answers the phone in a normal conversation. No menus, no press 1.
- Answers calls during your business hours, and after you close
- Books, reschedules and cancels appointments
- Takes a message with the caller's name and number when a person is needed
- Calls customers back with reminders and confirmations
- Answers questions from your own knowledge base: hours, address, parking, services, prices
- Hands the call to your team when the caller asks and someone is there to take it
Every call ends up written down. Your team gets the name, the number, what the person wanted and the transcript, so following up takes a minute instead of guesswork.
It speaks Latvian, Russian and English, and it works on the number you already have, forwarded from your current operator, or on a new number from us.
Where it already works
We started in healthcare, where the phone problem is loudest, and have run pilot projects in more than ten Latvian clinics. Then retailers asked for the same thing for evenings and weekends: the assistant takes the call once the lights are off, and the next morning the team gets a summary of every call, with contacts and transcripts.
Now we are having the same conversations with insurers and property agencies. The industry changes, the sentence does not: the call comes in exactly when nobody is free to take it.
Why we exist
instadial exists because an unanswered call is a lost customer, and almost nobody notices it happening.
It exists because a team of five should not have to choose between the person at the counter and the person on the phone.
It exists because whether a ringing phone gets answered should not come down to luck.
We are a Latvian company, we host in the EU, and we are part of the LIAA business incubation programme. We answer our own phone, too. The number is at the bottom of this page.
